New defibrillator for Rishton Golf Club

We were delighted this week to complete the installation of a new unit at Rishton Golf Club, an installation delayed by the pandemic and the national lockdown.

This is the 21st defibrillator we have had the pleasure of helping fund and provide, and we still intend to install more in our communities, once restrictions are lifted and fundraising events can take place.

Sadly the lockdown also prevents any formal handover to the committee and members of the club at this time, but a re-arranged competition day is planned at the club to raise funds for the Philip Maher Foundation to support our ongoing work.
