New defibrillator for The Stanhill Pub & Kitchen as £4,000 raised

Earlier today ahead of a busy day we took the time to visit Brian Healy and his wonderful team at The Stanhill Pub & Kitchen, where we recently supplied a new defibrillator and secure cabinet for emergency use in Stanhill village and the community it serves.

The team at The Stanhill Pub & Kitchen, together with the Stanhill Village Residents & Fete Committee, choose a charity suupport each year, and this year we were fortunate enough to be chosen as the recicipent of the generosity of the local community in Stanhill.

A Jubilee Fete was held on 4th June earlier this year during the day in the grounds, and in the evening a fundraising ervening weas held inside the pub which included a charity auction and raffle, a live DJ set and a live performance by Rowetta from the Happy Mondays.

£4,000 was raised across the events of the day, and we were delighted to accept the donation which we will put to good use in our local communities. But The Stanhill aren’t stopping there, as they host a New Year’s Eve party with live music from The Boutiques, tapas, a raffle and a charity auction.

The defibrillator is the 27th we have supported since we began back in 2015. The money raised will help us go even further.
